Sales Policy

Payment and Shipping

Sum Treasures accepts at the moment only PayPal payments. As soon as funds have been received for the merchandise plus shipping and insurance cost through PayPal, Sum Treasures ships via insured USPS within the US and worldwide via insured DHL or other appropriate carrier.

Return Policy

Sum Treasures endeavors to list and describe all of her merchandise to the best of her knowledge. In the event of a mistake or discrepancy on her part, Sum Treasures will refund the purchase price. Should a customer for any reason not be satisfied with his/her purchase, Sum Treasures will accept return of the merchandise, in the same condition in which it was shipped, by insured shipment within 3 business days after notification that the item is being returned. SUM Treasures must be notified that the item is being returned within 3 days of its arrival at the recipient's address. Refunds will be made less shipping, handling, insurance and any applicable credit card fees.

Shipping Damage

In the unlikely event that shipping damage does occur, SUM Treasures must be contacted immediately. It is absolutely mandatory that the recipient keep all boxes and packing materials as this is a stipulation of both USPS and DHL. Failure to do so could result in a denial of an insurance claim. Although all claims are the responsibility of the recipient, SUM Treasures will give any and all assistance necessary.

Layaways

SUM Treasures offers layaways but at her own discretion on a case by case basis. Partial payments shall be conducted for layaway through PayPal, too. SUM Treasures requires an initial 20% minimum down payment which is non-refundable and final payment within 90 days. Multiple layaways will not be considered. Items purchased on a layaway plan may not be returned for any reason. Installments must be made in a timely fashion - every 4 weeks. Should final payment not be received within 90 days, the 20% deposit will not be refunded and the item will be offered for sale to other clients.
